Ski Week-End March 2024

Dear STN Member,

We are excited to invitate you for the STN Ski Weekend 2024, promising a weekend full of memorable events!

Agenda:

• Friday, March 1,
• 19:00 onwards: Arrival at Woodland Village Resort. Welcome aperitif with an assortment of finger foods.
• Saturday, March 2:
• 7:00 - 8:30: Breakfast at the chalets.
• 9:00 - 15:00: Daytime activities (Ski, snowshoeing, Thermal baths) Please complete the attached survey to help us organize skiing and other activities.
• 15:00 - 18:00: Après-ski social and Jacuzzi relaxation.
• 20:00 onwards: Group dinner (Please indicate any dietary preferences in the survey).
• Sunday, March 3:
• 9:00 - 10:00: Yoga class
• 10:00 - 13:00: Brunch at the Wood Restaurant. Late check-out is scheduled for 13:00. Possibility to ski half day.
• 12:00 - onwards: Possible ski for the afternoon.

Accommodation Details:

• Tickets are sold for two persons together, available for either a double room or a twin room with two single beds.
• Each chalet comprises two double rooms and one twin room.
• Please fill out the survey that will be sent to you after RSVP to specify the guest names for your room and your preference for other occupants of the chalet, if any.

Pricing:

• The price is 295.- CHF per person and covers 2 nights' stay in the chalet, the Friday evening rich tunisian aperitif, Saturday's breakfast and dinner, and Sunday brunch.
• Please note that beverages are not included in the meal pricing and will be charged separately by the restaurant.

Additional Information:

• Group pricing for ski passes will be provided, which will be billed separately. The same applies to any other activities.
